Data Deletion Instructions

1. Removing Facebook/Instagram Access

MirOne.ai uses Meta APIs to provide Omnichannel inbox and posting features. If you wish to revoke access and delete associated data from our servers:

1. Go to your Facebook Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Click on Business Integrations.
3. Find MirOne AI and click Remove.
4. Upon removal, our system will detect the revoked token and automatically purge your synced customer lists, chat histories, and media within 24 hours.

2. Permanent Account Deletion

To permanently delete your entire MirOne.ai workspace (including your AI trained rules, Stock data, and Moderator child accounts):

• Log in to your Dashboard.
• Navigate to Profile / Workspace Settings.
• Click the red "Delete My Account" button at the bottom of the page.
• Alternatively, email your deletion request to privacy@mirone.online from your registered email address.
